Designed the 60-home development from the ground up with full sewer.
Attended numerous town hall meetings on subdivision & sewer regulations.
Successfully funded, platted and recorded the subdivision with all land and infrastructure improvements.
Designed and constructed the subdivision’s amenities to include a spring house, running stream and spring-fed pond, central park, wide tree-lined medians, clay brick dry-laid road, sidewalks, clock tower & pedestrian arches.
