Konstantine Iannios

President/CEO, Head of Construction & Design for Wellspring Development Group

Konstantine Iannios is a California native and real estate developer who is a graduate of California State University Long Beach and UCLA with a masters in film and television production. He worked as a producer/director/writer for 20-years, under contract with such studios as 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, MGM Studios, Warner Bros., HBO, Showtime and others.

In 2003, he returned to his first love of architecture and design and began purchasing old pre-WWII buildings in the historic Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA, and restoring them to their original luster. Having found great success and satisfaction in this area of real estate, and wanting to get out of the big city, he moved east to Tennessee seeing great opportunity within the shadows of the Cumberland Range.

After building and developing in Tennessee, Georgia and Virginia, Mr. Iannios moved to Western Colorado, to be closer to his heart, his summers were spent in the small mining town of Marble, and relocated his development companies WDG, and Wellspring Hospitality Group, to the ever growing Western Slope market.

Mr. Iannios brings large scope thinking and a worldly view but not at the expense of the intimate details that make great architecture transcend and reach people on a visceral and emotional level.

Richard O’Shields

Vice President / Chief Financial Officer

Richard O’Shields serves as the Vice President and CFO for Wellspring Development Group. With over 25 years of development and real estate experience, Mr. O’Shields has been influential in developing and securing financing for projects across the country, crossing all boundaries in commercial and residential real estate development. As the previous Director of Corporate Real estate for EquipementShare, Mr. O’Shields took the start up company from 11 to 96 nationwide locations in just 18 months. He was also instrumental in designing EquipmentShare’s current financial structure to accommodate for the growth to 300 locations by 2023. Mr. O’Shields also created their Sale Leaseback Model, helping to provide for the companies accelerated growth, which is now one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States.

As the Commercial Real Estate broker for Re/Max Renaissance, Mr. O’Shields shepherded the successful development of subdivisions from raw land to selling to developers and builders, to turning vacant historical buildings into multi use commercial and residential spaces. Mr. O’Shields possesses special expertise In working with state and city leaders and developers, creating plans for the future landscape of this country.

Erin Terpstra

VP of Marketing

Erin was born and raised in Grand Junction and has a background in design from the Art Institute of Colorado in Denver. She has lived in and traveled to all parts of the world and has worked with a multitude of clients in different states and industries, building their brands and promoting their services and products.

For the last 12 years, Erin has been building and promoting brands through website design, social media management, and by utilization of print and digital advertising campaigns. Her experience stems from working with clients from all over the country to put ideas and inspiration into a visual format that is not only functional but beautiful.

Erin has extensive knowledge in print and digital design, video editing, typography, and color theory. She is inspired by color, nature and has keen attention to detail. Erin loves all aspects of design and has a passion for helping build businesses and brands by elevating their web presence. She has experience managing departments and leading teams to successful group goals.

Johnathon Hartman

COO

Jonathon Hartman started his career as a member of the United States Air Force. During his career he was able to visit more countries than we have states here in America. He is a Veteran of Operation Fundamental Justice and also a Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Jonathon is a Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the State of Colorado specializing in the Neonatal and Pediatric population. Jonathon was brought in to help deal with the ever changing landscape in the “C Suites” (CEO, CFO, COO) and could show hospitals how to go from unprofitable and on the brink of closing to then being flourishing.

During his time at Medtronic/Covidien he was instrumental in bringing to market a newly designed ventilator that would prove to change the way people thought of not only ventilation of humans, but also the filtration of virus’ from the exhaled gases from the ventilator.

Over the course of his career he has spent time in Fortune 500 companies like Covidien/Medtronic, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, and Land Rover USA, handling large capital deals and securing lines of credit for purchases.

Christina Gonzalez

VP Of Operations

Christina Gonzalez grew up in Laredo, Texas. Christina’s family currently owns land in Mexico and has multiple levels of experience in areas of ranching and also import and export of livestock.

Christina previously worked in operations for St. Philip’s College, a registered HBCU (Historically Black College and University) in San Antonio, Texas. Christina worked in their Scholarship division primarily making sure that those students who normally would not qualify for financial help with college could not only qualify, but also excel without worry of where their next paycheck would come from.

Christina like many people, has found that Colorado speaks to her heart and soul. She is an avid outdoorswoman and enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and not to exclude long range shooting.
