WDG is involved in the entire life-cycle of the project, beginning with early design, analyzing the site, developing strategy. WDG DEVELOPMENT team meets with town, city and state planners and agencies, selecting subs and vendors, overseeing design and engineering, trouble-shooting a spectrum of build issues, administering construction, and transitioning a project from inception to completion.

“Not everyone knows you or knows how this tree does up here. Most of us come from drought states. For me I would have loved to rip it all out. Those hydrangeas were falling by the time I moved in. It got pruned by a lawn guy and I wanted them ripped out. The lawn guy said wait till next June and if you want them out I’ll rip them out. Wow!!! One morning I woke up and they were gorgeous. Made me appreciate all that hard work you did here. In SoCal we don’t have this because of no rain and not allowed to use water. Your hand was inside and outside this house and I’m forever grateful. You still have the best structure I have ever seen- your crawl space is still immaculate without being encapsulated- you have a solid house. Stop worrying! I even had a roof inspection because from SoCal we don’t worry about rain and wind damage. They said this roof that’s 8 years old is like a brand new roof. They could not find anything wrong.
